En el Portal RESEARCHGATE tiene m\u00e1s de 80,000 visitas, es decir, cada dos horas tiene una visita.<\/p><p>En el Portal RePec-EconPapers tiene m\u00e1s 60,000 visitas, es decir, cada tres horas tiene una visita.<br \/>Participa como Editor o miembro del Consejo Editorial de m\u00e1s de 30 Revistas de Investigaci\u00f3n. Es autor de 25 libros entre los que destaca \u201cRiesgos Financieros y Econ\u00f3micos\u201d con m\u00e1s 20,000 ejemplares vendidos. Es autor de m\u00e1s de 100 cap\u00edtulos en libros de investigaci\u00f3n. Ha sido ganador del primer lugar del Premio Nacional en Investigaci\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica Maestro Jes\u00fas Silva Herzog 2002 que otorga el Instituto de Investigaciones Econ\u00f3micas de la UNAM, y ganador del primer lugar del Premio Nacional de Derivados MexDer 2004 en la categor\u00eda de investigaci\u00f3n. Ha sido ganador del premio de Investigaci\u00f3n Aplicada en el IPN en 2011.<\/p><p>El Presidente de la Republica le entreg\u00f3 la Presea L\u00e1zaro C\u00e1rdenas en 2012 como el mejor investigador del IPN. En el ranking mundial de IDEAS-RePec de publicaciones en los \u00faltimos 10 a\u00f1os ocupa los primeros lugares entre m\u00e1s de 70,000 investigadores.
